Refurbishment of a Grade I Listed Building Client: Paul Matthews                                      Funding Body: English Heritage   This building was the subject of a Dilapidation Order and was on the English Heritage ‘Buildings at Risk’ register.  The original roof members were jacked up and repairs made prior to re-roofing.  The parapet wall was taken down with the box gutter, reformed and the wall rebuilt.
External wall repairs were effected and conservation stucco render reinstated.  There were large areas of stone cleaning, both internal and external, using Jos and Doff.  Ironwork was repaired and replaced in accordance with the Oxford Archaelogical Trust.
