Taylor Masonry
Established in North Wales in 1989, Wm. Taylor Masonry Contractors specialise in the sawing and working of stone. Prior to that the founder of the company, William Taylor, was apprenticed trained by CADW (The historic environment service of the Welsh Government) where he was taught in all aspects of traditional and modern stonemasonry.
All of our craftsmen are apprenticed trained at either York College or Weymouth College and possess the traditional skills of stonemasonry. We firmly believe the importance of maintaining these traditional skills through apprenticeships and academic higher education.
Whilst our main activity is of an ecclesiastical nature, approximately 90% of our work involves the conservation and restoration of Listed, historic or principal buildings or monuments.
